The App is designed to provide sleep tracking and improvement tools by reading data directly from Apple’s HealthKit framework. It is not a medical device.

The App does not require user accounts or registration. All functionality is available without creating an account.

3. Free Use

The App is free to use. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid features at this time.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App as a medical device.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the App.

5. Disclaimer

The App is not intended for medical use. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes or results. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tiago Martinho LTD is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the App, including but not limited to health-related issues.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App if you use it for medical purposes or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
